Typical True Value store, they have a decent selection and prices are reasonable. During the season, they will have their greenhouse set up however, this year they had nothing and it was torn down by October so just a heads up. The people there are extremely helpful however it can be uncomfortable. There is a friendly tall slender guy that will pop up at ya right when you walk in the door and insist he take you to each and everything you need to buy practically. He stands beside you as you are contemplating each one and will insist on carrying out everything to your car as well. This is great for most people, for me I have insisted he NOT carry my things and give me time to shop alone but he isn't one to take no. He really does think he is being helpful and he is, to each his own, I like my space when I shop unless I ask for help. As a female I just get uncomfortable about it but he has done it to my husband as well. Good customer service is hard to find and he exceeds it which is hard to find these days but I wish he would hear and listen what I ask of him. Due to this, I only pop in when I'm desperate for a part or item in a hurry.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always seem to have what I am looking for. They are also very good at assisting me in coming up with solutions to repair problems I encounter.
Prices are reasonable and friendly staff.
They have a fairly wide variety with prices being reasonable. Service is good.
